Add a second check-up in Spring which includes checkups on your air conditioning as well as your plumbing and your water heater. As always, we’ll bring a free furnace filter to replace the one in your furnace that’s been working hard all winter.
Add Humidifier Check-up in Fall | $19.95/year
Our humidifier check-up service ensures your system maintains ideal humidity levels for a comfortable indoor environment. We inspect key components, including the humidistat, pad, and water inlet line, while also checking for any leaks or drain line blockages. This service helps prevent issues and supports consistent, efficient humidifier performance.
Add HRV Check-up in Fall | $29.95/year
Our HRV check-up service keeps your ventilation system running smoothly and ensures a fresh, healthy indoor environment. We thoroughly clean and inspect essential components, from filters and drainage to outside air intakes, ensuring each part works seamlessly. By optimizing system controls and airflow, we help maintain consistent air quality and energy efficiency throughout your space.
Terms & Conditions
Upon completion of each maintenance visit, homeowners will receive a comprehensive Home Equipment Report Card. This document provides detailed insights into the condition of your home’s systems, including a complete checklist of components inspected, potential issues to monitor, and confirmation of elements functioning properly. Should any repairs be identified during the inspection, the homeowner will be promptly informed of the necessary actions. All repairs will be subject to additional charges, which will be provided at a discounted rate for parts. This report serves as an essential tool for homeowners to reference for ongoing home maintenance and ensures transparency and preparedness for any future service needs. All contracts are binding on an annual basis and automatically renew each year. Early cancellation of the contract will incur a charge equivalent to the remainder of the contract’s annual fee. To prevent auto-renewal, customers must call to cancel their subscription before the renewal date.
